At the Nov. 8 SRPW Quarterly HOA Meeting, there was lively discussion about Section 4 of the Proposed Rules and Regulations which set forth the size and placement of a shed on a Homeowners property. Tom Kalinowski has offered to form a committee to allow resident input on these provisions. The goal is to come up with shed size and placement that will be acceptable to the majority, if not all, homeowners. The committee will present their findings at a future Quarterly HOA Meeting.
