Maintenance Report - February 2021

 
We are moving right along with the renovations in CH2. The HVAC is just about finished. We expect to have all of the sprinkler system completed by the first week in February and all of the electricity should be done at about the same time.
 
The sound system people have also been in to repair or replace whatever has been damaged. We have been able to have our inspections in a timely fashion and if everything stays on course we should be able to open the Clubhouse around the same time as we open the pools. 
 
We have been trying to take advantage of all of the sales, so we have been purchasing all of the replacement furnishings that were lost due to the chemical spill. The kitchen equipment, tables and chairs, cabinets used by clubs, TV’s etc.  and whatever else was lost. We are trying to buy at store discounts and also with our Contractor discounts as well. 
All of the water damage in Clubhouse 1 has been completed and with the new French Drains we should never have that problem again.
 
The Sprinkler system in CH 1 will be started when the sprinkler company is done in CH2. 
 
For anyone asking why we have maintenance men here on the weekend we don’t.  There is a Security Guard here on the weekends because we have offices that are rented. There is a Real Estate Office, a Doctor’s office and a Financial Advisor renting in HCB. The security guard is here to open and close the buildings, to make the rounds of the area and to secure the building at the close of the day. Maintenance is here Monday thru Friday. The only time someone in maintenance will be here is if there is an emergency and then a Board member will also be advised.
