At the October shareholders meeting, I mentioned that a completely new board would have issues getting started. It was said by another candidate "so you won't help the new board?". Just so everyone understands, an outgoing board member is not allowed to be involved once their term expires. As a matter of fact, if the outgoing board was so inept, why would the new board seek their assistance? There is more to being a director than just reading out rules and regulations. Common sense should be used.
Stay well and good luck to all candidates
May God Bless all the Veterans, past and present and a Very Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
