It is a promise we all made to restrict our lives in order to become shareowners. It is a promise made by all of us to restrict our rights concerning our properties. Without enforcement there wouldn’t be a community association. The singular purpose is to add a level of restrictions more cumbersome than from the Township, in order to create a specific type of living environment.
Rules and Regulations are written by the Board of Directors but they cannot contradict provisions in the CC&RS. The Board of Directors have some obligations to enforce the restrictions found in the CC&Rs
