ATTENTION ALL BERKELEY TOWNSHIP SEWERAGE AUTHORITY CUSTOMERS
If you have a sewer backup in your home and the situation warrants calling a plumber… Please call the Berkeley Township Sewerage Authority first. If the backup is caused by a blockage in our system, we will address the problem at no cost. Our staff will notify you, if you must address the situation. Please call the Berkeley Township Sewerage Authority at 732-269-3500 if such a problem arises.
LAWN SERVICE. HELP US TO HELP YOU!
There are a few things I would like to bring to the attention of our residences to improve our Lawn Mowing Service. We have a Commercial Service that uses large powerful equipment (cost effective). With this type of service it is advisable to landscape and decorate accordingly.
• Solar lights, small decorations, small trees and shrubs, etc. should all be in landscape ties.
• Please remove all dog leashes from the lawn. Lawns must be cleared.
• Last but not least our Holiday City Berkeley Sprinkler Head Policy:
The following is our sprinkler head policy with respect to the lawn mowing service. Sprinkler heads are designed to be run over by turf equipment when installed properly. They generally get damaged when they are installed too high ot do not retract after watering. Neither is the responsibility of the lawn mowing contractor. They will not replace sprinklers or reimburse homeowners for their sprinkler repairs. A sprinkler that sticks up on a regular basis is considered defective and should be replaces before a lawn mower cuts them off.
