Trustee reports:

Tony Orsano: We had a great Homeowners party sponsored by the Entertainment Committee.  The Men's Club had a Christmas Party at the Clarion.  Pete Smith was elected “Man of the Year” from the Men's Club.

The Men's Club will have a Super Bowl Party on February 3.  We are also having a St Patrick's Day Party on March 15th

The Mayor will be here for the next homeowner's meeting on February 21th.  We also donated $500. to the First aid Squad.

TD Reserve for Cap. Impr.  $81,380.04
Total Capitol Reserve Acct: $273,739.14

Dave Kirch: Mentioned that some people are walking their dogs in the common grounds and also smoking.  This is a  bad idea so in the future please do not smoke in the common grounds and please pick up your dog.  We have had a lot of rain (20 inches more than normal)  and everything is growing nicely.  There are 2 areas about 30 ft. wide with thick vegetation, that has not been done in 7 years ( unless there are no storms) it will be done in July.

Dave Scarpa:  Mentioned the pump for the pool has to be replaced. He also mentioned the permit requirements from the town changed, but we still require form for all outdoor work.

Remember and exterior work that is done in the neighborhood starts at 8 am. No earlier

Joe Buttros: There was a break-in in SRPWest, they came in thru the back window from the common grounds. Please be sure to lock all windows and doors. Remember if you see something say something.

The township has meetings the last Monday of the month at 6 pm. If you have any issues bring it to the meeting. That is the best way to get results

Be care of the scams. There is one about Social Security. There are other scams out there too.
