Treasurer’s Report: July 2019 Monthly Cash Disbursements/Cash Report was read by Treasurer Lorraine Romero. Lorraine advised us that the Greenleaf bill for the grass cutting in July will appear in the August bill because we didn’t receive the July bill until August. Lorraine Romeo then read the bank balance amounts. Jim Egan questioned the insurance charges as being a little higher this month; Lorraine answered that it was a little higher as we paid for Worker’s Comp in addition to the regular payment. Kathleen Cuttingham questioned the solar payment as being so high. Mike responded that he is in the process of contacting the company to discuss this. Lorraine looked at last year’s charges to this year’s charges and there is a difference of $100, which is why Mike is looking into these charges. Kathleen also asked if the solar panel have ever been washed; only when it rains was the response. There being no other questions, the report was accepted as read. Same will be filed in the library and printed in next month’s Sentinel.
A request was made by President Pelonero for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Joanne Matina made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Elizabeth Wismann. All were in favor, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 2:43 PM.
Respectfully submitted,
